采用”风设计”的城市和高层建筑
两座塔楼的设计以两只展翅翱翔的凤凰尾原型,屋顶部分与低层栋相重合,就像鸟儿展开翅膀休憩似的,这样的设计创造了丰富的商业和公共空间。
四栋建筑的布局基于东方审美意识,这种非对称性的设计体现了东洋艺术之美,在日本古代书法和插花艺术中也有体现。塔楼的高度分别为240m和200m,功能和提及的安排与环境共生的理念相符合,合理地规划了河流、土地、建筑间的视野和自然城市环境之间的关系。
塔楼自身也呈纺锤状,顶部由多面包裹,这样的设计使它成为了西岸地区的新地标。此外建筑形状从工学、结构学、视觉效果、自然通风等各种角度加以分析和考量,最终决定了纺锤的形状。
沿原龙华机场跑道的主要街道确保了充足的公共绿地,绿化地区两侧的区域连接到地下,以确保东西向移动的流畅性。现场绘制的曲线与照明车道、坡道、绿植和景观等相对应,从而呈现出独特的景观特色。
本项目继承了龙华地区的历史和形象,并与未来相融合,成为了西岸地区的新地标。
Wind-designed city and highrise.
The design is based on the motif of two phoenixes reminiscent of the wind. The roof folds over the lower floors, creating a variety of public spaces, much like a bird spreading its wings and resting.
The layout of the four buildings is based on the Ancient oriental aesthetics, which is also found in the asymmetry represented by calligraphy and flower arrangement. The towers have different heights of 240m and 200m. The arrangement of functions and volumes is an environmentally symbiotic building that reasonably matches the relationship between rivers and land, architecture, the view from each building, and the natural environment of the city.
The tower body is also spindle-shaped to pass the prevailing wind, and multiple surfaces wrap around the top of the tower to form a landmark. At the same time, the wind is engineered and carefully fed back to the shape by the architect from the perspective of wind environment to the lower layers, structural mechanics, and natural ventilation of the interior area.
The runway of the former Longhua Airport are transformed as the public green areas along the main street. The areas on both sides of this green space are connected underground to ensure east-west movement and visual continuity. The roads, slopes, green lines, and landscape elements drawn on the site draw organic curves in response to this architecture, creating a unique landscape.
