* B* A* G; I( u4 \7 S% r& _: Q& O X

Project Background:- f6 v, J: p7 i5 l
The project is based on the premise of the renewal of the old city in Baoshan District, Shanghai China. Therefore, we hope to build a super community, and it needs an open community center. Our project is the face of this super community. : z1 }' a8 y' t/ l) ]
The transportation is convenient. The first phase of the project is just across the river from Fujin Road Station, the terminal station of Line 1. It takes only half an hour to reach the center of the city and is also close to Baisha Park which is a landmark park in Baoshan District. The Project is named “Online City”, which means creating a beautiful urban life on the Internet. The first phase of the project consists of high-rise dwelling buildings, multi-story houses and long-term rental apartments with a building area of approximately 170,000.0㎡. The project is an open space facing the city, it is the "CO-LIFE" life experience center of this site. From these introductions, we can know that the location of this project will be fashionable, vigorous and dynamic, and it will also be different from the previous demonstration area.0 o7 Q* y& ~- C+ I0 V$ T
Design Specifications
, p0 e: ~0 Y3 f1 mAccording to the location of the site (Terminal 1), the design is inspired by the subway route and is abstracted in combination with the design language of the building and refining the familiar and resonating symbols of local residents and developing these symbols. The streamlined paving design not only increases the artistic sense of the site but also has a guiding effect on the space. For the color considerations, we chose the same "China Red" as the No. 1 line as the iconic color of the site. In space, we connect the subway line with the demonstration area tour line to construct two-way space guidance. One is the realistic space showroom area in rationality, and the other is the guiding path of the good life that is compatible with the concept of “Online City”.' N8 ]4 q+ f3 y& B
You can experience the culture of different places and expand your horizons by doing different projects. It is the greatest happiness of the designer. If we compare design to travel, then the travel experience of this case will be full of warmth, and it takes the interaction between parents and children as the main emotional context. In the face of a fast-growing city, accompanying children has become a course for every parent to take tutoring. When the commercial space is integrated with the children's playground, what kind of picture will it be? For us who involved in the design, it is not only the thinking of what the client wants but also a sense of mission that is responsible for future participants. We hope that it is a comfortable, simple and more interactive landscape space.
% h0 ^( {: r. O" E. o% PWe divided the whole site into two spaces. In the urban interface facing traffic, we choose a strip of tree-lined strips combined with paving to create a rest space. In the corner of the city, we are combined with paving to create a dynamic fountain. When the fountain is moving, there will always be some sense of ritual, and we will add a romantic atmosphere to this short encounter. The biggest highlight of the site is the space that gets through the L-shaped space. This is an interactive playground for children. In the design of the backspace, we divide the active area according to the age group. Close to the parental care space (commercial leisure area) is the activity area of young children, we use spray and some water features to create an interactive water-enjoyable-space for the children, at the same time, using rail form paving to highlight the theme of the site. In a space far from the parental care area, it is a skate park for larger age children. We chose abstract art graffiti as the ground figure of the skate park, which gives the skateboarding a hip-hop art atmosphere, while the sidewalls are protected by old tires of recyclable materials to enhance the safety index of outdoor activities.) Recently, many sales offices/community centers have gone viral. Most of them are on the “high-cold” guiding principle, creating high-priced skins and playing the space to see who is more like a museum or cultural building. However, it is pushing people away and lacks affinity for community residents after the opening of the future. The “CO-LIFE” Life Experience Center is a new exploration of product models in the context of consumption and experience upgrades. However, all the designs are actually designed around the concept of “come back to life” and to achieve the purpose of improving the adhesion between residents and the community, showing the concern for community life. This also reflects the meaning of the name “Online city”: creating a beautiful quality urban life online.
