# a$ ]. o/ h$ _& w2 k. I示范区借用城市代建绿化带，售楼处设置在地块西南角，沿翠柏河布置，与新芝宾馆隔河相望，建筑屋顶采用双坡屋顶，现代手法演绎传统形制，既古典又现代。示范区沿途总共设置9个节点，我们定了个故事线，为“溯原新芝，浔游九境”。设计师分别从艺术、自然与城市人文的契合感出发，力求呈现一处全新的宁波印象。' E8 }* J) v3 k9 [& S8 z
The entire demonstration area borrows the green belt built by the city, and the sales office is arranged along the Cuibai River. A total of 9 nodes are set up along the way. We have set a story line that is "tracing back to the original Xinzhi, traveling through the nine borders". Many designers of architecture, landscape, and interior started from the sense of harmony between art, nature and urban humanity, and tried to present a brand new impression of Ningbo.
